Privacy Policy
The ‘Privacy Policy’ of YatraFly to provide the users of the website the terms related with the usage and protection of personal information that has been collected from them. By personal details, we mean any kind of details that can be associated with a particular individual. Booking Policy
Confirmation of tour booking your contract is with YatraFly Ltd. A contract between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.
As per the tour booking policy, we require 30% of the total amount as advance, which you can deposit in our given Bank account.
Balance payment of the tour is to be made 15 days prior to the date of Tour.
Any Tour booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same we required the full and final payment at the time of booking itself.
Full (100%)amount is required at the time of booking for flight tickets and train bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Booking cancelled before 60 days from date of travel. 10% of total tour/Service cost will be deducted.
Booking cancelled between 59-30 days, from date of travel, 20% of total tour/Service cost.
Booking cancelled between 29-15 days from date of travel, 25% of total tour/Service cost.
Booking cancelled between 14-7 days from date of travel, 50% of total tour/Service cost.
Booking cancelled in less then 7 days, there will be no refund.
Flight and train tickets cancellation will be as per flight or train cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
In terms of refund of unutilized services (which is paid for the services and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of above cancellation policy, the refund may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund amount is made to the credit card account to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
Mandatory Identification Document
It is compulsory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, Indian Nationals and NRI’s) to give Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation. Documents as per below given details in different categories.
Foreign Nationals – A copy of Passport And Visa is mandatory.
Overseas Indian clients holding OCI / PIO card – Copy of passport and Copy of OCI/PIO card is required.
Non Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – copy of passport.
Domestic clients(Indians) – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / Aadhaar Card / Passport is mandatory.
